November 9th Ride
The weather forecast for Sunday, November 9th calls for an overnight low of 28 degrees and a daytime high of 40 degrees. Our club consensus calls for a minimum departure-time temperature to be 45 degrees with no precipitation at 10 a.m. on the day of a tour. Tomorrow's forecast does not support these minimum riding conditions so the decision has been made to cancel the tour.
Previous club literature has indicated that the November tour would be announced pending weather conditions. With the riding season quickly winding down, it becomes increasingly difficult to be able to plan the logistics of a tour in advance in regards to the weather.
We will be doing a series of indoor meetings over the course of the winter, so be sure to check back for more KSGMC events.
